WP Toolkit retrieves actual data about each registered WordPress each day. Usually, this operation takes a few seconds, but in some circumstances (in a wide range, from malfunctioning plugins to real malware), it can take much longer. In this case, the website will be marked as quarantined...
WP Toolkit generates a few events: installing, registering, and removing websites. You can listen to these events the same way you listen to other Plesk events.

Yes, if you back up your website using WP Toolkit and after that change the website (for instance, apply an update), restoration of this backup will revert all changes, including website files, its database, and so on.
Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot initiate the integrity checking or the core reinstalling processes using API. We plan to add these REST API methods in the future.
I can suggest that one or many of the website components (plugin or theme) do not support PHP 8.2. Can it be true? You can check it by making a clone of your website and trying to disable plugins one by one.
Vulnerability WordPress <= 6.1.1 - Unauth. Blind SSRF vulnerability is not yet fixed, so any WordPress version is affected. But WP Toolkit provides two ways to mitigate it for your websites (see screenshot for the details).
