If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
I appreciate your input but, sorry, Namecheap's instructions on how to activate SSL in their cPanel shared offerings has absolutely nothing to do with with how to activate SPF validation for all domains within our own Plesk dedicated server...
Hello!
It appears that Google is now requiring SPF records for all incoming e-mails. I'm trying to activate it for all domains in our Plesk/Windows servers but all I've found so far was how to install SPF for all domains (which won't cut it for us as some of the customers already have it, in...

One of our customers is unable to push updates to his SiteBuilder website. After clicking the "Publish" button, the process takes an oddly long time (several minutes) and then it supposedly finishes OK, but in reality the website remains unaltered and no files have been updated under his...
In case someone comes accross this topic in the future, I ended up submiting a support ticket and they solved it by recommending the following command:
"%plesk_bin%\mysqlmng.exe" --add-local-super-user

How can we stop Plesk Onyx from upgrading to Plesk Obsidian? Onyx won't EOL for the next 14 months so we'd like to take that extra time to plan an scheduled, assisted upgrade immediately after taking a full backup and snapshot. Bear in mind that we don't want to stop updates altogether...
Thanks! But as you can see attached, port 3306 is already declared in the "mysqld" block. Windows Resource Monitor attests that the mysqld.exe process is indeed listening on port 3306 bound to "ipv4 unspecified".
Not sure if this may be related but our datadir is running off of a different...

We had an issue earlier today that led to a failure in our SiteBuilder, which was rendered unavailable for our customers. So we decided to remove SiteBuilder and then install it again but we're now facing the following error during the installation:
"Access denied for user...

Our cPanel/CloudLinux servers are running several EOL'ed PHP releases thanks to their Alt PHP packages, through which they backport patches to those outdated versions.
Does Plesk/Windows offer anything akin to that? Some one our Plesk customers still need those legacy PHP releases but the...

Following a disk I/O overload event, we experienced a crash and lost permissions on several critical directories, many of which we had to set back up manually. Ever since, our MailEnable Webmail has been experiencing a very distinctive loading issue as you can see in the attached...
Sorry it took me a few days, I can't always schedule a maintenance windows for this server.
Anyway, it didn't work either. I ran "regsvr32 scrrun.dll" in CMD as Administrator, the dll was registered successfully but "plesk installer update" still returns the very same error. :/
Thanks for your input, Aleksey!
Sorry about that, I had followed this article found after a quick Google search (Register VBScript.dll - SiMX) and it claims that the VBscript.dll located at system32 is for 32 bits Windows only, that's why I had run the other one instead (located at "syswow64")...
Those instructions don't seem to apply to Windows 2012, but I Googled around how to unregister and register VBScript.dll (which is what is the proposed solution in that link). So I ran "regsvr32 /U %windir%/syswow64/vbscript.dll" to unregister and then "regsvr32 %windir%/syswow64/vbscript.dll"...
