Issue Formatting of notifications (linebreaks, ...) is purged by Plesk Obsidian

Yes, I've edited the text there in the Plesk Panel. The preview there is also ok, but the mailing not. I'll try the html aproach with the template files. But the possibility to edit the notification in the panel is worthless/not correct...

Such a ****. I bought my licence from a reseller. So I'm not able to submit support tickets here. (We identified that the license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers.)

Issue Backup Manager - DNS resolution problem

So finally I got the evidence, something is happening wrong in the "black box". I've done the backup for a domain manually: /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --domains-id 1 --output-file=ftp://pwefom27wefklwm.myfritz.net --ftp-login=backup-ftp --ftp-password=********** -vvvvv...

Issue Backup Manager - DNS resolution problem

I've already tested with curl (see my first post) So tried it with changing the resolv.conf, to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Googles) and 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare). Under both conditions the ftp and curl variant works (as before). But not the plesk backup. :-(. For me it's clear that plesk...

Thank you for your reply. Hmm.. The external domain is <myid>.myfritz.net if i check dig <myid>.myfritz.net @127.0.0.1 I got the correct IP back. So bind should resolve it propper, or do you have another idea how to test it?

Issue Backup Manager - DNS resolution problem

Sorry, but you didn't read the question.. I want to use a Backup localtion on a external server: I works by IP but not by Domainname. So the question is how does Plesk resolve domain names? Because this answer must be different to system tools like dig or curl..
