• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

autoinstaller was hung at gpg-pubkey process.

I run "plesk repair all" but not response, so I use autoinstaller, but hung when it process checking gpg-pubkey.

How can I fix this?

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

Thank you for your help.

Hi 浩一ä,

if the above suggestion didn't already work for you, you could as well try:

Code:
yum-complete-transaction
package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
package-cleanup --cleandupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

yum clean all
rpm --rebuilddb
yum update

Thank you for your adovice.
I tried commands above several time, but sometime progress 3 more line of
"gpg-pubkey-5ebd2744-418ffac9 gpg(Atomic Rocket Turtle <[email protected]>)" and some time less.
each time, I kill the process previous autoinstaller, but results are almost same.
Is thie repository issue?

Thank you very much.

Hi 浩一ä,

you could try to disable every additional repos, if you experience issues - just use the standard ones. You didn't provide enough information yet, which repos you use, which operating system, nor which Plesk version you use ( incl. MU ). Please note, that most errors/issues are saved in log - files and a "debug-level" log setting often helps to investigate issues.

THank you, @UFHH01

I am sorry I should desbribe list of depositories.

CentOS-Base.repo CentOS-Media.repo CentOS-Vault.repo atomic.repo autoinstaller-sources.repo
CentOS-Base.repo.rpmnew CentOS-Debuginfo.repo CentOS-Sources.repo CentOS-fasttrack.repo atomic.repo.rpmsave tortix-common.rep .

I run

# ll /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/ | grep panel
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1705 Aug 26 22:18 panel.ini.sample

There is only panel.ini.sample file.
is it ok to copy panel.ini.sample to panel.ini? or it should have to have panel.ini at /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/ already?

Thank you for your advice.

Hi 浩一ä,

yes!

cp /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini.sample /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini

... is the correct usage.

Please consider to use only :
Code:
autoinstaller-sources.repo

CentOS-Base.repo
CentOS-Debuginfo.repo
CentOS-Media.repo
CentOS-Vault.repo
... and disable any other repo, if you experience issues. Please don't forget the above mentioned commands in case of dublicates ( post 4: http://talk.plesk.com/threads/autoinstaller-was-hun-at-gpg-pubkey-process.335388/#post-789255 )

The additional repos "atomic.repo.rpmsave" and "tortix-common.rep" can be re-enabled later on again, or you use the standart way:
Code:
wget -q -O - http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/atomic | sudo sh
( please note, that atomic actually has some strange 404 - errors... I don't know why! )
