Brazilian Portuguese localization

I would like to know if is there any way to have Brazilian Portuguese localization as version 9.x?
What is the plan (if is there any).
If necessary I am willing to help that happens!

Parallels Plesk Panel 10 is shipped with the following 10 interface languages:

American English (en-US)
