Issue Cannot access to Tools & Settings on Basic package

garsimldgo

New Pleskian
Hello,

I cannot access the "Tools & Settings" menu on my Plesk homepage, even with the user roles "Owner" or "Webmaster".

I have read that, since I have an IKL Basic package (shared server), I cannot have access to the Administrator role, which could see the "Tools & Settings" menu ; but I need to check an option on it, in order to allow IP address changes during a single session (otherwise, I cannot access to my website on 4G connection on mobile devices).

Regards

In fact, I don't have an "admin" user in the User panel.
Is is automatically created when I subscribe to a web hosting package ? If it is the case, how can I get the admin account password ?

Regards

If you are not server admin, please ask the server admin to do the "Tools & Settings" configuration for you. This is a feature only available for the server administrator.
