Difference between 12.01 / 12.5 Apacheperformance

Hi,

on all vs shows muninstat much more apachevolume exactly since upgrade to 12.5
see attached picture.

Customers complain about the long charging time at the first call of the SITE. only the first command is slow. after that its normalspeed.

I`ve checked the httpd conf, loaded Apache modules and the PHP configuration but i found no difference.
are there changes between 12.18 and 12.5 in apache?

Does somebody has any idea ?
3 test server which I have already upgraded 2 weeks ago show not this effect. all other servers that I have updated thereafter have the same problem.
