How do I migrate SiteBuilder 4.2 to a new VPS?

I am having nothing but trouble with my current VPS provider. For 6 weeks now we have had issue after issue after issue. I wish to move my entire VPS to a new provider. I have SiteBuilder 4.2 and sites built with it that I need to migrate. Where do I find instructions about migrating SiteBuilder to the new server? Thanks in advance.
