To be able to install this update you should have Sitebuilder 4.2 version for Windows installed, go into Server -> Autoupdate section and click on 'Refresh' button.

Hello

That is not working for us. It downloads the Package but does not install it instead it is showing an Error.

Guys, could you please specify the sequence of actions which are done and the errors which you get? You can attach screen shots for example. It would be easier to understand what can be the issue.

Hello

In our case it started to downloading the package and after i while it just showed "ERROR" at the status field with no other infos.

Can you attach screenshot with error and latest messages in _logs folder?

Hello

In the Logs directly at the Admin Webinterface is nothing shown. is there an other
log file for the install??

At the Autoupdate you just see "Error" at the Line of the 4.2.1 nothing more.

abobykin, meant _logs folder on the server. You should find it in Plesk Sitebuilder installation directory. For example, "C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\SiteBuilder\_logs\" . Check it up.

users with remote sql servers , the upgrades will not connect to the remote server, please look at other trouble reports for details in this same forum
