Issue Plesk migrator - authentication failed

Server operating system version

Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.51_build1800230310.09 os_Ubuntu 22.04

Trying to use plesk migrator, but keep getting this error...

Unable to connect to 'IP ADDRESS' by SSH: Authentication failed..
Ensure that the server is up and there are no firewall rules that may block SSH connections to the server,
then restart migration.

All ports are open on the server, and I have used the correct password to root.

Can you connect to the source server using a client like PuTTY?

Yes i can connect to it via SSH on PuTTY.

And ssh from a shell on the target server works too?

Please check /var/log/auth.log for authentication errors on the source server when you start a new migration:

# tail -f /var/log/auth.log
