Issue Plesk on Ubuntu through AWS Lightsail FTP Issues

We are trying to connect to FTP and having a ton of issues. We recently created a new AWS Lightsail instance with Plesk Ubuntu and have followed every single support case. We were previously using Plesk Web Hosting service with GoDaddy hosting and had 0 issues. But now with new AWS Lightsail Instance can't get the FTP connect to work. What's weird - is when we go into Plesk it has a different IP for the FTP vs. the IP assigned from Lightsail. We have tried using both. We have opened up all firewalls and protocols on the IPV6. At first, we kept getting a timeout and it wouldn't connect then once we opened all of the IPV6 protocols it appeared to work and connect but then we get this error when we run a debug: Destination IP of data connection does not match peer IP of control connection. Not binding source address of data connection.

Thoughts? Does anyone know how if we can PAY for support/help for someone who knows Plesk/Lightsail and can just get our FTP setup for us?! We had 0 issues with the Plesk/GoDaddy, but due to peer pressure we moved to AWS Lightsail but did the Plesk Ubuntu version since we don't have dedicated DevOps resources at this juncture.
