Regular Pleskian
Hi,
Plesk version: 18.0.45
OS: AlmaLinux release 8.6 / Windows 2019
We checked Plesk Windows supports disabling server-wide SpamAssassin spam filtering but users can still have their own individual settings for spam filter. However for Plesk Linux, if I disabled server-wide SpamAssassin spam filtering even enable individual setting, then whole spamassassin service is disabled and user mailbox cannot detect SPAM. Is it a bug?
Below is what I tested:
Windows
Tools & Settings > Switch on server-wide SpamAssassin spam filtering > unchecked
Tools & Settings > Apply individual settings to spam filtering > checked
user mailbox can still detect SPAM
Linux
Tools & Settings > Switch on server-wide SpamAssassin spam filtering > unchecked
Tools & Settings > Apply individual settings to spam filtering > checked
Service is disabled, user mailbox cannot detect SPAM
How can I disable server-wide SpamAssassin in Plesk Linux but still let user mailbox able to detect SPAM?
