Subscription event notification: The subscription term has expired

GarabedY

New Pleskian
Does anyone know how to extend the subscription times? The customer I am getting this notification for is an Unlimited subscription. Not sure if this has to do with it being a site moved over to a new server and some of the setup from the old possibly stuck to it?

Found it, for anyone with a similar issue.

To renew an expired subscription:
1.Go to Subscriptions, and click the <Subscription Name> in the list.
2.Click Activate.
3.Click Customize.
4.On the Resources tab, set up a new expiration date, or select Unlimited.
5.Click Update & Lock.
6.Click Unlock & Sync
