Backups keep turning back on

BillyHadlow

New Pleskian
Hello,

We are running Plesk panel version 10.2.0 on a windows server.

A while back, we created individual backups for multiple subscriptions and clients. The backups were to be uploaded to our remote FTP server. Now we backup the whole server once a week instead and have unchecked the 'Activate this backup task' box on the individual backup settings. However, the old backups keep returning and when I look at the individual backup settings, the checkbox 'Activate this backup task' is checked again.

What could be causing this to check itself? It seems very strange that it would do this.

Many thanks,
Billy
