Feedback Module will not resize

I have created a simple feedback form, but the default size of the form is much too large for the window. I resized the form in Sitebuilder, saved and published, but the new size does not take effect.

As I know there is no such feature as module resizing in Sitebuilder. Could you let me know which template is in use or better provide me with screen shot for situation you described?
