Hello,
How to hide/disable "File Manager" or "Websites & Domains" button so customer cannot access, edit, or download the website files ?

I've attached a screenshot.

Currently, it is not possible to disable/hide File Manager. Such functionality is yet to be implemented in Plesk.
Vote for this feature on Plesk UserVoice portal .
