Making Logo Transparent

When I upload my logo (as a jpeg or PNG) and it is already transparent it shows up with a white box
behind it. Do you know how to make that go away?

Thank you,
Paula

When I go to log in to my sitebuilder it says I have 4.5.

I have been able to get my logo in transparent.

Thank you,
Paula

Yes, I have been able to get the logo uploaded and transparent.

But I still need to know how to make sure I am updated with
4.5 Sitebuilder and how to update it if I am not.

Thank you,
Paula

To check the exact version you should log into Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder admin CP and go into Server -> License Management section. There you should see "Product version". Latest one is 4.5.0 Hotfix-20090421 (2009042112). If you have version 4.5 but not latest build, you better check Server -> Autoupdate section for any updates.
