Question wp_options not changed after migration

Hello Everyone,

We are busy with a migration "custom migration".
During the migration every file is getting transfered from /home/public/sites/www.domain.tld/ to /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/httpdocs/ and that is working fine as intended.

Now we are running against the following problem:
When we transfer a Wordpress website some customers has setup the upload_path in the wp_options table. Is there a way to automaticly replace during the migration?
Its not always wp_options, since some website used the random prefix xxxx_options.
