Incorrect format of RTM_GETADDR request response

I have Plesk 11.5.30 in a container. I've added several IP's to the container and am trying to get Plesk to see them. I went into Tools -> IP Addresses and asked it to re-read the IP addresses and get the error: Internal error: Incorrect format of RTM_GETADDR request response Message...

    Horde/IMP translation problem

I have Plesk 11.5.30 installed which uses Horde/IMP version 5.1.5. I have some users in the Czech Republic and it appears the translation is wrong and garbled. I had them try AtMail and it displays the messages properly. But they've been using Horde for years and it worked fine prior to the...

Application Vault: Your search did not match any apps

Yes, enabled & disabled it a few times. I finally got it to let WordPress in, but only version 3.8. I really needed version 3.3.1. So I moved the content out of the way and made a copy of a 3.3.1 installation and copied that in with the 3.8 database as created by the vault.

Application Vault: Your search did not match any apps

Yep, found that. Not all apps appear. The biggest problem is that not all version appear. I clicked on WordPress and need an older version. The link for "Select another version" doesn't come up, however its in the catalog. Is there a way to get an older vesion to appear under the subscription?

Application Vault: Your search did not match any apps

In my Tools & Settings -> Application Vault -> Installed Apps I have 115 items total. My Apps also has 115 items total. When I go into a subscription -> Applications, whether I choose Features Applications or All Available Applications, all I get is "Your search did not match any apps...

    image formatting problem

Does anyone have any suggestion as to how to display a set of images horizontally? Or is this simple concept just not possible in WBP 11.5?

    image formatting problem

I have a user that imported their site from sitebuilder 4.5 to web presence builder 11.5. The site looked fine with the old sitebuilder, but I suggested they migrate to the new system for better support and functionality. They have a horizontal row of 7 images (flags) which used to display...

    help diagnosing high apache cpu/memory

Where did you get those graphs? I've found my apache processes at 1.4 gig, and when apache is running memory usage goes from 1.9 gig to 8 gig (100% of memory). I've severely reduced StartServers, MinSpareServers and MaxSpareServers but just 10 processes still consumes all my memory...

Apache memory consumption increase after update

I recently updated to 11.5.30 and now see apache taking all my memory. The process is 1392 mb, RES is 850 mb. I knocked startservers and minspareservers down to 5 each and it still consumes over 6gb of ram. I only have 8gb on the box, and 1.9gb is consumed when apache is down, but maxes out...

Feature Request: Resizing image size after uploading the image to server

Yes, the link stated it was scheduled to go into version 11.1, however we're at 11.5 and still don't have the ability to resize an image on the server prior to publishing. We really need an easy way for users that upload full size 2.5M or larger images down to reasonable sizes for internet...

I believe I went into the database and removed all the patch records. I got it to: Hotfix-20110711

    Security problem with filemng

Just restarting plesk is enough. Rebooting is overkill, but you know you have a clean webserver and other services as well, and the caches are cleared. Try it yourself (before and after checking active sessions).

    Security problem with filemng

    Security problem with filemng

I'll have to say that "Option 2" is unlikely, *not* highly probable. We had changed all the passwords as per the KB, and in less than 24 hours they were back in again with the new passwords. They hacked Plesk again using all the newly generated passwords.

    Security problem with filemng

Yes, I have the latest using 9.5.4 MU17. It says the vulnerability patch is installed. The passwords were changed. They got the new ones right away, not much protection there. I just found over 100 active sessions from all over the internet. This is a NEW vulnerability.

    Security problem with filemng

This is a new plesk vulnerability Yes, I believe this is a NEW vulnerability. I have MU17 applied, and the php script says the patch had been successfully applied. I logged in to find active sessions on almost every account from all over the internet. I changed the passwords to the...

    Security problem with filemng

I had patched the system for the vulnerability, but then recently (a few months ago), upgraded to 9.5.4. I also have a firewall blocking remote SQL on port 3306. They still got in apparently. I needed to stay in the 9.x realm because I have too many people reliant on the Sitebuilder and have...

    Security problem with filemng

It looks like most if not all of my clients where hacked. And they're going directly to each domains URL to get in. In the log I see each line as: 123.45.67.89 domain1.com:8443 - ... 111.22.33.44 domain2.com:8443 - ... ... I just renamed "filemng" in the /usr/local/psa/admin/bin...

    Security problem with filemng

It looks like they got copies of peoples passwords. I was looking at /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_access_log and see there's people attacking from all over (so they have a network of compromised hosts attacking) going in and changing files throughout the server and inserting malware on...

    Security problem with filemng

Hi, I've recently had dozens of sites hacked and malware inserted. But what was strange was all the files changed were still owned by the proper owners. I did find a file that didn't belong named "index.htm" that had the following contents: filemng: Error occured during /bin/cat...
