Thanks for help, Igor. This little thing I just solved by another action five minutes ago. I reconfigured shell back to dash with "dpkg-reconfigure dash" (Yes) What a surprise! The before with 0640 handily configured files now only change their time after creation, but not the rights any longer...

Sorry I've forgotten something important, perhaps. The .pem files are created with 0600, not like usual with 0644. Some procedure every week, I change them handy to 0644. By the script they always switch again (empty) to 0600. This is why I thing the reason has to do with permissions, perhaps...

What makes PHP 7.3.x different than PHP 7.2.x.!?! This might lead to an answer. I think we all did the same: We only upgraded to 7.3.x and didn't changed our configuration. PHP 7.3 is treating something in another way. But I'm sure PLESK will find it out soon as possible.

Thanks @IgorG I was wrong. They are PLESK mirrors repos, not by 1and1. I deleted my post before because few minutes later I realized that PHP 7.3.1 update came over PLESK PANEL UPDATES/UPGRADES. But I was surprised that the problem mentioned here in this thread is already existing after updating...

Same here. Since christmas I got crazy by PHP 7.3. Everything the same like the others here in the topic. only 8 domains (by administrator) on the server 4 domains with WoltLab community software (which supports 7.3) Config: Only nginx (no apache) with FPM by nginx. works perfect with PHP 7.2...
