Sorry, the shell command autoinstaller works after an hours waiting. But when I try update via internet, continue requesting me the user account is invalid. How I solve the license problems too?? I have tested in all navigators (internet explorer, firefox and chrome) and all have the same error.

Sorry, it is solved. I'm from Spain and i have got an VPS with Arsys. This suministrator bloqued the 21 port by security. When it opened the port again, the FTP was Ok. Thanks for your attencion.
