... not my experience with my Plesk 17.8.11 #2 server! I have example.com which uses G Suite (GMail) and example.org using local mail, both using my server for other services, and I can send mail between them, no problem... Please, start with this: ssh to your server, then "dig mx example.com"...

Yes, I guess this will do (at least until the bug is fixed, something I honestly expect for ME #2...). I also tried setting defaults.inc.php as "immutable" and this too worked but the real effect was that Roundcube updates failed, so I think yours is a better solution.

Assuming from your above answers that in your "in house" server you already have a subscription that covers example.com and www.example.com (let's not talk about a domain owned by the ABC Television Network!), what I'll do is to add a domain alias for www2.example.com. With this in effect...

I must add that I was mislead by that @UFHH01 statement: I was sure my subscription would had stayed at the same level as before. Had I knew about this increase I would had taken action much earlier!

Same here: bought on-line, paying monthly via Cleverbridge: Old price for my WebPro license was EUR 9. That's a 33% increase. Unacceptable. Looking for FOSS alternatives.
