We see the same issue on Plesk 12.5 (latest with all updates) as well, but not on every Plesk installation we have. It would be great if Odin (or whoever currently owns Plesk) would take a second look at this, or contact us to reproduce the issue.

I had this issue on an Debian Jessie machine. Fix was to run "systemctl reenable plesk-php54-fpm". Apparantly some files in /lib were missing, which "systemctl reenable" fixes.

Glad this is confirmed. This is indeed not a cache issue. The issue was reported by one of our customers, that doesn't have admin credentials. Issue is resolved in : 12.5.30 Update 6 [12 October 2015]

I disagree this is vital. Using valuable IP addresses for something like SSL on an SMTP server, sounds a bit like 1990.. We wouldn't accept an IP request just for that. There are better alternatives, like using 1 hostname for your SMTP/POP/IMAP servers.

This 1-domain license was also useful for installation purposes. We could previously automatically install our "subscription for monitoring purposes". Now we can no longer do that. A default 1-domain license would be really helpfull.
