I'd like to report that I did a clean install with 2 Debian Wheezy machines and installed Plesk on it without any issues. I cannot reproduce the issues mentioned here, but perhaps this was fixed before I installed those machines.

I dont understand. You say you are running Plesk 11.5. Wheezy is supported ni Plesk 11.5 We now have 2 machines running Plesk 11.5 on Debian Wheezy. Wheezy is also listed in the supported operating system list on parallels.com.
