You can try to select option 3 and set some domain name and then return settings back to force configs regeneration. Also could you please post content of /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/server.conf and etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/ip_default/<your hostname>.conf (you can replace IP addresses to X.X.X.X)

Try to switch to the last item, save form, switch back to the first one and save again.
