You don't have to do this every time, you can execute this command to upgrade:
plesk installer --all-versions
and you can pick the version you want to upgrade to from the list.
I'll assume this screenshot is not from Tools & Settings > Backup Manager
If you create a server-level backup, you cannot delete it from other Backup Manager pages belongs to other subscriptions even if you're an administrator.
If you want a clear view of what scheduled backups are...
1. Make sure the email you want to access webmail has a mailbox enabled. otherwise, the webmail icon will not show up.
