Issue 1: Site using NGINX only and SOURCE reports in the log on the current date as nginx SSL/TLS access, but when the date changes to tomorrow, the source changes the log entry to Apache SSL/TLS access on the exact same log entry. Scrolling up through the log displays all entries as Apache...

mail.geekblog.dk and mail.futurenode.dk doesn't have any DMARC policy enabled according to mxtoolkit. Start with quarantine and watch your DMARC email that you get daily for results. When you see 100% in the DMARC email reports you should be fine.

Seems to function well out of the box without any modifications to Plesk or default LiteSpeed.

We don't use SSLit. Simply go to the domain you're working on, choose the SSL encryption icon and you can install and activate Lets Encrypt certs from there. You can also go under 'Server Settings' in the admin section and activate/choose to use those certs with the panel, email etc.

Yes. Add the code to the additional Nginx directives and you should be set. I don't use the SSLit extension so you may want to turn it off to avoid conflict. Our server is also set to use Nginx reverse proxy with Apache.
