Double logs occurs exactly 12 hours after Plesk checks for updates. So, our Plesk server checks for updates at 3:16AM and exactly at 3:16PM we begin to see double double log log entries entries. :) Outside of the 12 hour window, logs are perfect.

Had tons of these exact errors appear in my log and finally got rid of them. It's an Apache error and drove us nuts. Upgraded Plesk to 17.8 (error still exists with 17.5) and upgrade CentOS to 7.5 -- no more errors.

Looks like it's happening again. Double log entries until Plesk checks for updates at 3am, then back to normal single log entries for several hours and back to double log entries. We didn't experience this until the upgrade to 17.8. Maybe I need new glasses :)

Saw this over the last 24 hours as well but seems to have stopped today with the update to 17.8.11-16. (CentOS 7.5/PHP 7.0.31) No evidence of issues with the domain or site, but every log entry is doubled until the Plesk update to version 16. Looks like Plesk is aware of the issue > Domain log...

Test it in Google Webmaster tools and you should see if Google can read the file and access the site and/or what the issue is. As long as the file is readable in domain.com/robots.txt and the test comes back green with no errors, you'll be fine. Also check to see which domain Google is pulling...

Thanks for the reply Peter. Port scan shows port 25 is open and working. Something seems to have changed with the domain registrar that is forwarding domain email without hosting to our Plesk server. I'm going to go ahead and mark it as solved since it doesn't seem like a Plesk issue.

One more shot using these 2 commands: yum-complete-transaction --cleanup-only yum clean all yum update See if that works for you... :)

Skip the 'yum-complete-transaction' and begin with the next command 'package-cleanup --problems' and continue until you're updated without errors.
