looks like it's not, otherwise i guess it would be mentioned. i can tell you that previous versions of plesk did not support mariaDB 10.x versions, but i was still able to install them manually with un-installing current version and then installing the desired version and then reinstalling...

hi, i just put it there for example, you actually need to do a "tail -f /var/log/fail2ban.log" in order to see the real Jail and then modify it.

so you are using linux right? (i noticed because you used "tail") :-) anyway, probably another process is running, try use the "plesk installer" command and you will probably get an answer that says that the installer is already running... try killing other processes if exist or restart server...
