    PHP FastCGI/CGI Problem

safe-mode from PLESK to be set off has made the trick, but also in php.ini should disable all, safe_mode, magic_quote, and watch logs. The problem is why I am disapointed, how can this happened? How can allow PLESk Project Manager to update to a major release of PHP, when everyone complained on...

    No input file specified

I found the issue, but it seems to me pretty strange that can happen. Because of move from another server where it wasn't used FastCGI, it was a few folder 777 rights. This created that message, which message wasn't very clear to be easy to debug. Now I expect from PLESK that fix this in next...

    No input file specified

I installed a new servver with PLESk 11.5 and started to move domains there. When I test first domain I get "No input file specified" if is in FastCGI mode. NGINX wasn't enabled, so not this the case. If I put it in Apache Module, all work fine (just I don't want that). I tried to install...

    Mysql /etc/my.cnf default settings 11.5.30

You can get from this page (http://www.grafxsoftware.com/faq.php/HOW-TO-Setup-a-PLESK-Dedicated-Server/1/4/) my.cnf model and just change some values depend on your memory. Of course this is not perfect, but it work on 90% of the cases.

    mod_pagespeed

I have using mod_pagespeed on our servers and is running well on servers where you have 1 big site. If you have more then one, then is hard to tweak it and we are working to find out how to configure per vhost.conf to be for each sites own settings. If we succeed, we will get back to the forum .

Problem with plesk 9.x and Joomla 2.5.x

In PLESK 9.x and 10.x use mod_suphp (see how to in signature). Then in PLESK 11.x you can use FastCGI.

    Browser Cache with mod_expires

I can suggest: Install mod-pagespeed for APACHE. This module can speed up your pages a lot. yum install at rpm -Uhv https://dl-ssl.google.com/dl/linux/direct/mod-pagespeed-stable_current_x86_64.rpm If all goes well, the module is already installed now, just restart apache. You can check...

I have one last question regarding this post. How can I MASS update PHP settings for each domain with following. Apache CGI, PHP settings, session.save_path = /tmp , error_reporting = E_COMPILE_ERROR|E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR|E_ERROR|E_CORE_ERROR, custom command = date.timezone = "Europe/Berlin"

Problems after last update Plesk "Update #15, last updated at Sept 26, 2012 03:49 AM"

I think the problem is that cannot write sessions, check if this was altered. It is 2 way to see. 1. If the site was running as apache module, then change to CGI module and in PHP settings add in session path /tmp 2. if is already CGI module, check if write in /tmp and if yes, then /tmp for...

    Upgrade error

You can try the following. Open /etc/group and /etc/passwd (do also a backup) and check inisde the group ID apache and the user ID apache. Then delete this 2 lines and start updater. Theoretically will not exist this user and will create it. Also theoretically in the same userID and groupID...
