    Only for the nucleus repo, which is 99$ per year. 5.4 and 5.5 are free from the atomic repo You'll need to modify the php.ini for each separate install of PHP like you would for a regular ioncube install.

    Atomic went from PHP 5.3 to 5.4 back in the summer.

    The only thing to be aware of between the two is that mysqlnd does not support mysql old password format. This would only be an issue on EL5 platforms as old_passwords=1 is the default in my.cnf. This page has information on upgrading your mysql databases from old_password format...
