@ Nikolay You were right it is not Plesk version 11.5.30, but 11.09. My fault. Problem was that statistics and dumps have taken more than 29GB. Once I manually deleted those files, sw-cp-server or sw-cp-serverd processes and restarted the server everything went back to normal. Thank you...
