I made a step forward! As mentioned, all .tar files exist before transfer. Now I have found in the file content-list.xml, generated on migration porocess, all file entries are duplicates! I think this produces the error on migration, because the agent trys to transfer each dump twice...

yes, the accounts where crated with CAPS in Plesk 11.0. Before 11.5 it seems there where no problem.. Many other email accounts on this server are generated with caps and have the same issue now. at this time I cannot solve this by hand.
