How can we restrict resellers from creating or updating plans etc and having application pools for their sites to unlimited? Its insane. They should be limited to our limits like the normal shared hosting. But there is no way?

Thanks. I know that can view the backups made locally aswell as restore from them. However was hoping to stop them from creating their own schedules which creates duplicate backups and at times too much diskspace.

Is there a way to allow resellers/customers to only restore backups the administrator makes rather than allowing them to additionally create their own backup schedules?

Ok wait I got it. Just created a file in /etc/Disksecurity called Modsecurityfix.xml and added your code and "checked component and folder permission" via Plesk Reconfigurator and problem was fixed finally I understand :)

well open iis and go to modules. ensure the modules are loaded there. You should see 2 global modules one for 32bit and another 64 bit. If they there then should be active for all domains on server and working.

Its not one domain - its all domains. Funny thing is nothing has changed except we updated to newer version of Plesk.
