thanks, but it reject invalid users on valid domains. for example : [email protected] > passed , [email protected] > failed but [email protected] can set for From on every authenticated users!

this means there is no way to remediate this?:( it's a security problem! some services like gmail or yahoo fix this! can you give me a patch or any configuration to solve this for now? thanks

thanks for your explain i can not disable pop3 option as my customers needs, checking the validity of users just worked when i disabled pop3 options but after that i cannot send any email address and it's return back with relay accesss denied. i think there is no solution for securing relay on...

Hello i tried your config but when i add : "smtpd_helo_restrictions = reject_invalid_hostname, reject_unknown_hostname, reject_non_fqdn_hostname" every valid users rejects! how you use it? now your problem has been solved when you changed user information in for example outlook?

plesk has an option named as : relay option : it's can set for authorization on pop3 why this option not worked???
