    After each micro-update I used to receive an email. This no longer seems to happen on any of my servers now (12.5). Has this feature been removed or is there another problem?

    I think it's correct. We have about 19GB of mail content on the entire server and that would explain why the incrementals are 20-22 a day.

    Nobody has access to our servers. I note that the next version of Plesk allows incremental mail backup. That's what's causing the problem for me. For now I've shuffled our backup servers round and hopefully I may have enough room on a different backup server.

    The logs are empty. If the systems sends a "success" message and the logs are empty surely there is a bug in Plesk? I don't want random emails telling me there is nothing wrong.
