    Hi @UFHH01, I find that when I run the above commands, it will change the group of the "httpdocs" directory to "psacln" which causes a problem when trying to load their website. I needed to change the group on the "httpdocs" directory back to "psaserv" for the website to be accessible.

    Hmmm I don't think one can conclude that just because the server is a VPS that it is due to a lack of resources. In this specific case there are no resource related issues either at the node, VPS or user level.

    I also found that after the #32 update that admin or clients could log into my WHMCS install, I tried changing to the native PHP version and that worked without a problem. I assume that it is due to this issue, Plesk please release #33 asap to resolve this.
