    Odin anti-virus memory usage

I'm just wondering whether this is normal as I feel its memory footprint is quite high. I just activated the Odin anti-virus a couple of days ago and I see it has two drweb processes running (as per top output) with a combined memory usage of about 500MB. This server isn't a production server...

Any plans to support Plesk PHP packages on CloudLinux?

Ohh, turns out I can! The options to install the Plesk PHP versions are still available despite having CloudLinux installed :) Best of both worlds!

Any plans to support Plesk PHP packages on CloudLinux?

Hi Sergey, Thank you for your email. But the option to install Plesk's PHP packages doesn't even appear when using CloudLinux, wouldn't this be something Odin would have to implement/support? On the following page it states "Note: Currently, PHP packages from the Plesk team are available on...

Any plans to support Plesk PHP packages on CloudLinux?

Are there any plans to offer Plesk PHP packages on CloudLinux? I know you can install PHP versions through the CloudLinux selector however the new PHP improvements in Plesk 12.5 look fantastic, it would be great to take advantage of CloudLinux whilst using Plesks PHP packages.

Wordpress slow since using nginx via Plesk installer

It seems that ever since we started using the nginx reverse proxy component on our Plesk 12 servers, applications such as Wordpress is very slow and occasionally gives 504 gateway timeout errors in the dashboard. Just a simple Wordpress post save can take up to approximately 20 seconds when it...

    Change all domains TTL

Thank you, much appreciated! Just a question though, why doesn't the TTL get changed for all domains when you do it via the GUI? "Tools & Settings" > "DNS Template" > "SOA Records Template" Some domains TTL change but some don't?

    Full Plesk backup duplication fixed?

Is it recommended to still do a full backup occasionally or is incremental backups sufficient? I would imagine that all incremental backups would rely on each other to make the full backup?

    Change all domains TTL

Hi Igor, Thanks for that. So in the above example what does the 60 and 900 mean? Would this script work on both Plesk 10 and 12?

    Change all domains TTL

Hello, I'd like to change all domains TTL, when I try to change the DNS template it doesn't seem to change every domains TTL, not sure why? I saw this: http://kb.odin.com/en/120025 I notice that there are two values I probably need to change: ttl='900', ttl_unit='60' What does this mean...

Hi IgorG, Ahh yep I might try and migrate the server settings. Will there be an option in future to export/import service plans? Kind regards, Chris

    Service plan assignment via migration

Hello, Whenever I migrate a domain from one server to another, the service plan is set to "Custom", is it possible to match or link it up with an identical service plan on the new server automatically? At the moment I have to go through every domain individually to change them back onto the...

    Migration error

I solved the problem. I've got a separate disk mounted at /var/lib/psa/dumps and I also changed the location that Plesk stores temporary dump files to var/lib/psa/dumps/tmp. I thought I had created the "tmp" directory in here but it was missing. I re-created it and attempted the migration...

    Migration error

Hi Igor, That didn't work unfortunately. I've attached a screenshot that shows some pre-check things, would any of these cause this error? I've got Dovecot on the new server. I can't seem to install mod_python. I'm on CentOS 7 if that helps? EDIT: I've since read that mod_python is not...
