Where do I find the extended mailbox settings?

My email client Thunderbird can't store mails in the specific folders like Send or Drafts. Also I can't change subscription options of my IMAP accounts. It shows just nothing.

I could help myself with these commands. apt remove sw-nginx plesk installer --select-release-current --install-component nginx plesk sbin nginxmng -e plesk repair installation

I have tried CODE]plesk repair web[/CODE] but no luck. It seems nginx has a complete set of system default config files, so it's no working correctly.

Maybe someone with Ubuntu 20.4 and plesk can share this file. Would appreciate any help.

It seems somehow I got lost my nginx config. Is there a way to restore the nginx configs with plesk?

No. This is about one Plesk Server. Would still appreciate any suggestions for this problem. Port 465 should be available on both mail.example.com and example.com.

@Rasp well you are right with Domain B, It seem to have changed after using the /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics tool and I overlooked it. But Domain A is still unexplained to me.

Domain A uses Wordpress with a big site which consist of 12GB also there is an backup from wordpress toolkit or so. so when I do du -sh on his domain folder in /var/www/vhosts I get: 32G Plesk says 33021.2 MB Domain A has it's own subscription so there is just one domain in this subscription...

@Cike76 In my installation I couldn't find the location in this file. I guess the directives changed and this lines needs to be added elsewhere? /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/domain/nginxDomainVirtualHost.php

For example User A with domaina.com uses at least 12GB - shown in Plesk as 3GB User B with domainb.com uses 600Gb with his nextcloud - shown in Plesk as 8MB I tried this but doesn't help much. /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=<domain_name>

I found posts even from 2006 where this issue is already stated. But I couldn't find any official looking answer from Plesk for this. How is it possible that Plesk has no interests in solving this issue for such a long period oft time...

I get no matching certificate for mail.mydomain.com:465. How to get this to work?
