I noticed that a simple IP attack (I'm not talking about DDoS!) Could easily bring down my server. This is easy to solve by limiting the amount of requests per second allowed from an IP, but I did not find any way to apply this setting in Plesk. How do I do that ?

This is the log for a site and it's really causing me a lot of confusion. Why did the same user (see ip) access site resources via HTTP /1.0, HTTP/1.1, and HTTP/2 ? It makes no sense! I've enabled forced redirection for HTTPS, so all requests should be via HTTP/2
