Thank you IgorG for your replay, I checked the event viewer, there was not an error related to the taskes, in the scheduled tasks, there are about 15 tasks scheduled and it seems they work fine, What task checks the expiration date of the accounts? can you please give me its comment...

Any one can help on this? its about a month that I received no email about the expiration and expired services are still active. I really need some help on this.
