I'm having the same issue as you. Plesk is slow, but everything else is fine. Can't delete accounts. Cant connect with PMM. Did you ever find a solution?

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm thinking of upgrading my 9.2.2 box to 10.4 also, and I'm scared out of my mind to do it, because of the way everything breaks when upgrading in plesk. I'd like to know how your upgrade went.

Just in case you didn't figure it out...
I was looking for a fancy way to write some script to fix this issue. I like to over complicate things. As is turns out, all you have to do is turn ssl off in the plans that correspond with the subscriptions you are trying to change, and resync on save...
