My vps has been moved from ip pool but the old ip's are still used in my plesk (9.5.3). I tried to change the ip for customers by going to "domains > domain name > web hosting settings", however the ip address cannot be changed from there.
Where should I change it?
And the solution would be to ask my host to increase this limit? Because... I am only at half of my ram and nowhere near the limits of my bandwidth and disk space.
Can I do something myself to either increase the limit or lower what I use of it like disabling certain modules in plesk?
I am hosting with vpssquad, I fwd this info to them and hope to get a reply from them about this...
Here is what I know...
my VPS runs on SolusVM
Plesk is 9.5.3
Disk Space: 5.08 GB of 66 GB used / 60.92 GB free
Memory: 421.55 MB of 1.2 GB used / 806.45 MB free
Bandwidth: 16.06 GB of 660...
I've been having a 500 internal server error since a few days and do not know how to resolve it... can someone help me in the right direction?
