I have tomcat on windows plesk installed, booth (IIS and Tomcat) are running. I uploaded the war, start but when I access it's shows 404 error not found. I really don't know how can I fix this.

Yesterday I had a problem with my Windows Server 2012 server, I had to install it again and recover the backup data. I configured the backup to create multivolume zip. But when trying to recover I get a message that the backup is not valid. How to recover my server in this case?
