Hi!
I am running Plesk 11.5.30 Update #5 under Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS.
My current PHP version is PHP Version 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.19.
For some SW this PHP version is not usable as it causes segfaults:

How can I update from PHP 5.3.2...
Hi!
I am on Plesk 11 (11.0.9 Update #13, last updated at Sept 11, 2012 05:49 AM).
Since yesterday I am receiving mails like these:
I have seen fixes for this issue for Plesk 8/9/10, but not for 11.
Any idea what to do?
Thanks.
Hi!
One, hopefully last issue:
When working with cronjobs customers are receiving the following error:
-: /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/home/user/bin/automysqlbackup.sh: No such file or directory
The directories and the shell script exist of course, the permissions are ok.
I already...
That's what I did!
There does not seem to be a way to say "enable mailing list functionality for all mailing lists/domains" again.
Look at what is offered:
So, what should I do?
Can one work with wildcards?
If so, that is not documented.
I tried this here...
/usr/local/psa/bin/maillist -status enabled
Unknown command: "-status"
I assume I have to specify a command, too.
But I do not see how I can enable this functionality for all of my domains; I definitely do not want to do this for each domain separately.
Hi!
Customers always get the warning "Mailing list service was switched off by service provider." when they navigate to Mail -> Mailing list, although the mailing list service is enabled in their service plan.
Any suggestions what to check for?
Hi!
How do I password protect subdomains with Plesk 10?
The problem seems to be that the doc-root for the subdomain is a directory parallel to the doc-root of the main domain...
Any idea?
Hi!
I have a Plesk license with Dr.Web, but when I go to Settings -> Virus Protection Settings I can just chose between None and Parallels Premium Antivirus - where can I switch to Dr. Web?
Thanks.
Hi!
Per default plesk creates, for every subscription/domain a directory httpdocs underneath the subscription's root directory; I want to change this and want that a directory /domains/[domainname]/httpdocs is being created instead.
How can I achieve this?
Hi!
I used the migration manager to migrate from a Plesk 9.x system to Plesk 10.
After migration 1 subscription was created for every single domain; that is not what was intended.
I want to have:
A user U1, which has 1 (!) subscription which regulates e.g. that he can have max. 3 domains...
