it seems the problem is the custumer panle login name. in our enviroment the panel login name is the same name as the customers domain name. for example: hsteterei-langstr.or.at so the folder in var/lib/psa/dumps/clients is also hsteterei-langstr.or.at. in this case the backup are not listed...

quota problem fixed hi, we have fix the problem by disabling selinux on the server. after selinux was disabled the subscriptions can be synced without problems. regards
