On some servers we have the following issue: We installed the latest updates on plesk 9.5.4 and since then when somebody is using an auto responder, which works fine, the e-mail is also received by the adminstrator e-mailaddress of the server. Does anybody know what goes wrong there?

Reinstall the mail drivers, http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_9.5.4/ Select your distro and search for the packages: opt/maildrivers/ Then download the packages to the server with wget and reinstall them. I AM NOT SURE IF IT WORKS! it is only a suggestion.

This has indeed to do with the version of the autoinstaller. Be sure you have the latest version.

How can it be old? My version: v3.7.1 When I dowloand from http://www.parallels.com/eu/download/plesk9/ I receive version: v3.6.0

Since plesk11 the password of the horde webmail are encrypted in the database which is a good feature. But now i'm wondering if there is a way to decrypt this passwords for support cases of our customers? Does anyone has an solution for this or is it not possible at all?

Ok, I've found the solution by myself. In the config file of the domain you need to change the logformat from 4 to 1.
