I'm sorry for my ignorance. Does atomic repo upgrades programs automatically ? For example when I upgrade PHP by using Atomic repo, whenever PHP is updated in Atomic repo it is updated in my server automatically ?

Abdi thank you for reply. So this bug have been solved in current PHP versions ? But I use PHP 5.3.3.

I didn't need xcache.ini in my old server. Adding XCache directions from Plesk's-domain.com-PHP settings-Additional directives was adequate. But now it didn't worked without adding xcache.ini to php.d.

I solved this problem with creating a xcache ini file: pasting all xcache directives in this file. removing xcache directives from Plesk-domain-PHP settings page.
