Question SSH commands in file edit window not working on MacOS browsers

@David Borrink Safari on its own, is very restrictive on many 'pages' now (in a good way for privacy etc) & when accompanied by plug-ins like Adguard, even more so, unless, you spend a long time on appropriate, specific configs within Safari / Settings in macOS (and Adguard or whatever other...

Question Renewing Let's Encrypt with external DNS servers

The correct replies from @Kaspar already answer your questions @klowet but FWIW we also use external DNS (exclusively) but we renew all our Let's Encrypt SSL Certificates (for non-wildcard certificates / wildcard certificates / SAN certificates) via cron and API access for all of the preceding...

Resolved How to remove Sectigo SSL?

@FrancoiseL Our #Post 2 in this thread was over two years ago now. However, back at that point in time, yes, with the Sectigo SSL extension installed but not enabled, it did still appear in the SSL It! Settings section, as an 'option'. < This does sound like what you're describing in #Post 6...

Question resolv.conf problems with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Caveats: We've never had this issue that's described in Post #1 despite us using IONOS Cloud Servers that are currently running on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (and that were running on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS / 18.04 LTS previously). We've never used the Plesk-E-Mail Security Extension, so that's a major...

Resolved Plesk - The Mysterious Location Of Plesk's Official IP Addresses / CIDR Addresses

FWIW - We also use Juggernaut (Danami) Freedom of choice. A) You don't have to use Plesk 360 Monitoring (it's not compulsory) B) If you do use it ^ then you can choose, exactly what you are monitoring, within Plesk 360 Monitoring itself C) Then within Juggernaut, you also have many selective...

Resolved Let's Encrypt: Certs not auto-renewed if redirect to HTTPS is enabled for domain

We've never, ever, had this issue, since we commenced using Plesk and Let's Encrypt SSL Certs. Plus, ALL of our hosted domains have been redirected from HTTP to HTTPS since they were first hosted by us. As we're on the same Server(s) OS and a very similar Plesk Obsidian Release, it's more likely...

Issue Emails forwarded by Plesk fail DKIM checks with certain attachments

Not seeking to cause any issues additional to those that you currently have / may have, but... FWIW as we have quite similar Server OS setups (albeit we're using IONOS Cloud Servers but don't think you are / ALL of our DNS is managed external to Plesk but not sure about yours / We use...

Resolved Plesk - The Mysterious Location Of Plesk's Official IP Addresses / CIDR Addresses

Thanks @Peter Debik Sometimes... Plesk do make things a little over complicated ;) Okay, so.... our updated understanding of IP's that Plesk do (or may) utilise, is as follows: Post #4 in this thread The three IPv4 addresses listed this page - Plesk 360 All of the IPv4 addresses listed on...

Resolved Plesk - The Mysterious Location Of Plesk's Official IP Addresses / CIDR Addresses

Hi @Peter Debik is this ^^ a change of tactics from those that you kindly illustrated in post #3 and post #4 in this thread? If it is... would that then mean that we're back to post #1 in this thread again? Or... Do all of the IP addresses covered in post #3 and post #4 in this thread...

Issue Network drops every 12 hours [IONOS]

Gotcha. Same points apply again with our IONOS Cloud Servers though i.e. Zero events of that nature with any of them, ever. However, all of our DNS, we do manage through IONOS not via our Plesk installations, so that might be a factor in the superb continuity to date.

Issue Network drops every 12 hours [IONOS]

TBH @thinkjarvis You're definitely not the first person who has had some form of issue with IONOS Dedicated Servers... Just one thought: We have always used IONOS Cloud Servers, without any issues at all (other than some faffing around with their initial configs (at root access level) which...

Question connect from Filezilla with FTP over TLS

Sorry, can't read German etc but can't see that you have mentioned what 'type' of servers you are using with IONOS? That might make a config difference. FWIW / If it helps: We uses IONOS Cloud Servers / we're on the same Ubuntu OS release(s) as you and have successfully used Filezilla to...

Resolved Immediate Logout after logging in using Safari Browser and OSX Sonoma

Great that you've confirmed that it was not a MacOS / iOS / iPadOS or Mac Device issue. That was always going to be the case to be fair. In your original post, you didn't mention that you had a variable local IP address, when accessing your Plesk hosting account (e.g. via DHCP from ISP or VPN...

Resolved Immediate Logout after logging in using Safari Browser and OSX Sonoma

It's not a Plesk issue. It must be the config / setup of Safari / your device. We only use Mac devices and several of those are running MacOS Sonoma (the others are using iOS 17.02 and/or iPadOS 17.0.2). We have no issues logging in to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.55 via Safari / Firefox / Brave etc and...

Issue DNSSEC on Ububtu 22.04 LTS

Having read through what's been posted in this thread so far... you might be right with that ^ assumption. FWIW There's nothing wrong with Plesk / Ubuntu 22.04.* LTS / DNSSEC - IF - the DNS and therefore, the DNSSEC / DANE etc etc is all external to Plesk and is 100% managed externally to...

Resolved Update Error - Release does not have a Release file

True & the free option comes up again later in this answer. We wouldn't be happy to pay an unnecessary (depending on your own server and setup configs and demands...) $500 annual fee but YMMV. Is that your own, actual genuine experience? Have you yourselves, migrated a server (that's running...

Resolved Roundcube 1.6.0 run on Obsidian 18.0.55 still defaults to PHP 8.0.* not PHP 8.1.* - Why?

By default, when running Plesk-Roundcube 1.6.0 on Obsidian 18.0.55 it still defaults to PHP 8.0.* despite, Plesk itself (& everything else) being upgraded to run on later PHP releases. IF a removal of PHP 8.0.* is attempted (in our case, because we don't need that older & very soon to be no...

Question AlmaLinux 9 MariaDB 10.5 to 10.6 then after MariaDB 10.6 to 10.11

@eronardiaras Here's some additional data FWIW but do factor in the different OS that are in play here... Question AlmaLinux 9 MariaDB 10.5 to 10.6 then after MariaDB 10.6 to 10.11
