The Plesk mobile app is broken. Using iOS 10.3.3 and I have the latest version of the Plesk Mobile app on my iPhone and iPad. The API is up to date on the server. Each time I login with the app I get this screen. If I select install the screen just re-appears with the install prompt again...

Plesk Onyx now allows us to exclude certain files and directories from backing up. I have spoken to Plesk today and they confirm that if you do a domain and full server backup you need to enter the exclude directory location twice. Once in the domain backup area and the other in the server...

In Plesk 12.5 I would have manual updates off. Every couple of weeks the system would say a new update is available. EG 12.5 update 45 etc and I would click update. Now I have upgraded to Onyx (I still have auto updates off) I am presented with 247 packages updates. Am I safe to update these...

When performing a manual backup you can add comments. I thought they would display here but they don't. In fact, I can't see where they display at all!
